My stay at the hotel was a wonderful experience overall. The rooms were beautifully decorated with a native feel and had double beds perfect for a good night's sleep. The balcony offered a lovely view, but I did find the receptionist to be a bit rude and arrogant. The location overlooking Lake Taal was peaceful, though a bit of a walk down to the parking area. The dining experience with cured meat was a highlight, but there were some shortcomings in the service department.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was incredible, overlooking the Taal Volcano while being set in the peaceful area of Tagaytay.
